TheNegroni
The City’s Negroni
The evening stops performing here, and starts to mean something.
The Study – where the Negroni lives
The study keeps its own hours. Shelves of things worth keeping, one lamp doing exactly enough, and a chair that has learned how you sit.
This is where the Negroni belongs – measured, unhurried, certain of itself. It has been the right answer for a hundred years and sees no reason to change now.
In the glass
Bittersweet, alpine and iconic – the gold standard of the collection: a perfectly measured 1:1:1 marriage of gin, bitter, and vermouth.
Heady juniper and mountain herbs intertwined with the deep, oxidized sweetness of red vermouth.
A sophisticated tug-of-war. The bracing bitterness of gentian and rhubarb meets the spicy warmth of the gin, all held together by a rich, wine-based sweetness.
Long, herbal, and contemplative.
What you will taste

Premium gin
The architect. The mineral-rich water of the Acqueverdi waterfall, combined with juniper from 2,400 meters altitude, gentian, wild mallow and mountain roses make this gin something unique.

Red vermouth
The soul. This special aromatic “mountain wine” from the Aosta Valley needs herbs such as small-flowered mountain mint, wormwood, and the extremely aromatic mountain thyme.

Italian bitter
The signature. In the “Bitter Artigianale,” wormwood, gentian, and elderflower are joined by other essences such as orange peel and licorice root. Unique and handcrafted.
Equal parts. 1 : 1 : 1 – nothing more, nothing less.
Three steps to perfection – in thirty seconds
The glass
Add an oversized ice cube to a heavy tumbler.
The pour
Pour in a generous measure of Conte Camillo.
The finish
A twist of fresh orange peel to finish.
No shaker. No mess. No doubt.
